Eryn made a new friend at school today. She told me it went something like this. He was digging in the dirt at recess and she said, "can I help you with that." Then they dug together and pretended something with a crocodile. So, at the end of recess they agreed to be official friends. Eryn couldn't be happier. She showed her feelings with this little list she wrote. Friends really make life more fun. I am happy for Eryn. It's nice to see her so excited about something.

That is so sweet. It reminds me of my teaching days when I loved witnessing lots of simple child moments like that one. Eryn is a sweet girl.
