Day #278 - Few Complications

Lily has really had very few medical complications so far in her short life. I was talking to another mother through our support group on the phone tonight. She has a daughter around the same age as Lily. As we talked about all of her daughters surgeries and shunt problems, I couldn't help but feel grateful for Lily's lack of surgeries. Not to say that she won't have serious issues and surgeries in the future. Just makes me feel blessed for where we are now.
